Will has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital, private equity, and the public markets. He has been involved in the world of Home Automation for decades. He and Eric Smith have created 5 industry-leading companies together, and they were both recent recipients of the CEDIA Lifetime Achievement designation; an honor given to only a select few that have helped shape the industry. Will and Eric created Control4 and along with Glen Mella, and many others, grew the Company to become the dominant worldwide leader in home automation. They successfully took the Company public in 2013. Will is honored to be one of the “Founder 100” for Utah.
