WHAT DO YOU DO?

Seeing Swig’s growth over 14 years is surreal. Starting with one location and 14 team members in 2010, we now have 75 locations and over 1,500 team members. Our team, 85% female-led, works hard and cares deeply for their stores. Last year, we began franchising and sold 500 units to open nationwide in the next 7 years. I’m excited to work with new franchise partners and continue growing corporate stores to build a strong support base. Transitioning to the founder role lets me reconnect with our team and customers, teaching leadership skills and nurturing our Swig family, which feels like having 1,500 kids. I’m grateful for their contributions to Swig’s success.
