WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO?

It’s a bit awkward to humble brag but I guess I would say that I built and sold 4 companies as the founder and CEO over my career: 1) Boardlink which was sold to Thomson / Reuters and then Diligent Company, 2) Scalar which was sold in a management buy out, 3) Capshare which was sold to Solium and then to Morgan Stanley, and 4) Spiff which was sold to Salesforce.
